Microgreens
Microgreens are a nutrient-dense superfood with the potential to change the health of the world. Just a small bunch packs the nutrient punch of multiple full grown vegetables.
They have a subtle flavour, which varies depending on the type, and can be added to just about any dish as a garnish or as a main ingredient.

Broccoli Microgreens
Broccoli microgreens have a sweet mild broccoli taste. They are absolutely delicious and can be added to almost any meal. Add them to a smoothie or avocado on toast, or toss them in a salad, sandwich, stir fry or wrap.
They contain high amounts of vitamins A, C and E, iron, calcium and fibre, 10 times more sulforaphane than fully grown broccoli!

Red Cabbage Microgreens
Red Cabbage microgreens have a fresh, earthy, peppery flavour and are quite eye-catching with their dark green leaves and reddish-purple stems. They make for a fantastic garnish and are also tasty in salads, sandwiches and wraps.
They are loaded with vitamin C, vitamin U, and have over 40 times the nutrients and minerals of mature cabbage leaves.
